The ‘Registration Received’ notification does not imply that the course itself is confirmed, purely that we have received and recorded your Registration.
Any alterations to the original Registration should be notified to Eaalim Course Manager or support@eaalim.com
as soon as possible or no later than five (1) working days prior to course commencement.
‘Course Confirmation’ letter by email is issued to each registrant once there are sufficient
participants for the course or no later than eight (8) working days prior to course commencement,
whichever is the earlier.
‘Course Confirmation’ means that Eaalim Institute is fully committed to delivering the course
and has formally issued purchase orders on all associated suppliers with that course.
A ‘Course Confirmation’ provides joining instructions and full details of the course itself.
This notification will be sent to attendee(s) and the booking authority (if all contact details are
supplied as part of Registration).
All transactions taken via HSBC Merchant will be in Pound Sterliing (GBP)
Cancellation and Transfer Options
Eaalim Institute reserves the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings
or conditions arising beyond our control. Every practical assistance will be given to reschedule
registrants to an alternative course date and/or to provide a full refund (if applicable).
If there are insufficient participants for this course, Eaalim Institute will advise of course
cancellation or postponement via a ‘Rescheduled Course’ letter by email no later than one (1)
working days prior to course commencement. In the instance where Eaalim Institute postpones a
course, no customer invoice will be generated. Eaalim Institute Administration will
automatically suggest the next scheduled date for you whilst a Course Manager will discuss all
possible alternative options with you
If the course has already been confirmed by Eaalim Institute (refer ‘Course Confirmation’ above)
prior to the customer cancellation advice, then the following conditions will apply: – Eaalim
Institute will cancel the course based on late customer cancellations
Any participant who is unable to attend may send a replacement participant and must notify
Eaalim Institute of the change in details
The invoice is issued as normal to the registrant which is due and payable immediately – No
credit notes will be issued
If a replacement participant cannot be sent, the registrant is offered a training credit towards any
future Eaalim Institute course equal to the full value of the Invoice which must be taken up
within a six (6) month timeframe otherwise the credit will become null and void. The Course
Manager will assist the registrant in rescheduling their booking however the onus is on the client
to utilize their training credit within the 6 month period
If there are insufficient participants for this course, Eaalim Institute will advise of course
cancellation or postponement via a ‘Rescheduled Course’ letter by email no later than one (1)
working days prior to course commencement. In the instance where Eaalim Institute postpones a
course, no customer invoice will be generated. Eaalim Institute Administration will
automatically suggest the next scheduled date for you whilst a Course Manager will discuss all
possible alternative options with you
If the course has not been confirmed by Eaalim Institute (refer ‘Course Confirmation’ above)
prior to the customer cancellation advice, then no penalties or payments will apply to the
customer and no invoice will be issued for that Registration.
Invoices & Refund
You may ask for a refund 1 day before the start date of your course and you will be charged an
admin fee.
Substitution of an alternative Group course is acceptable at any time however requests to change
a date of a booking are considered as and treated as a cancellation. There is no refund available
after attendance. You may seek references in advance to ensure that the place on the Group
course they have booked or the service they have purchased meets their clearly stated
expectations.
All students are obliged to pay the full course fees. So if student withdraws from course, he/she
must also pay for the second and third installments
If a client makes a full payment against an invoice and wishes to receive an “Invoice Paid”

When you register for our online program through credit or debit card, you are charged recurring
fees. By ‘recurring,’ this means that your credit/debit card will be charged as per the recurring
cycle you choose (2 Payment Plan or 3 Payment Plan). We regret that we are unable to refund
for non-usage of the course.
Lesson Recordings
Lesson Recordings will be available for the student under normal circumstances. However,
Eaalim Institute reserves the right to block the lesson recording of a particular course for any
reason at any time.
Makeup lessons
In case of student absent in a particular group course, Makeup lesson for that particular student
will not be arranged.
